Sheldon has deep roots in the Tampa Bay Area – many of his family members
were some of early settlers of both Hillsborough and Pinellas County in the mid
1800’s. He grew up in South Tampa and is a graduate of H.B. Plant High School.
Sheldon received his B.A. from Florida State University and his J.D. from Nova
Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
After law school, Sheldon began practicing law with Fidelity National Title
Insurance Company. The past 13 years, he has worked in firms litigating civil
cases, construction defect cases, and real estate related matters. In addition to
being a Certified Mediator, he became certified in foreclosure mediations and
mediated hundreds of foreclosure cases all over the State of Florida during the real
estate recession era.
In 2013, Sheldon decided to obtain his real estate license and joined Palermo Real
Estate Professionals, while continuing to practice law. His experience in the
practice of law translates into a hard working, educated, no nonsense agent, who is
knowledgable and has the skills to negotiate any deal, no matter how large or
Sheldon is an active member in the community, serving on the Board of Directors
for Tampa Bay Little League, member of Merrymakers Club of Tampa, Ye Mystic
Krewe of Gasparilla voting committee, and softball coach.
